So much so that if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the sunglasses you ordered, you may return them within 30 days from date of purchase…no questions asked. We'll gladly replace them or give you a full refund (less shipping and handling fee), whichever you prefer with no restocking fee. Your only cost is the charges you will incur to ship the sunglasses back to us. The following conditions must be met to obtain a full refund:

• Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
• You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from coolsunglassesforkids.com prior to shipping. To obtain an RA number please e-mail your request including the order number to coolinfo@coolsunglassesforkids.com
• You are responsible for return shipping charges. Insurance and a tracking number are highly recommended, as coolsunglassesforkids.com can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day after payment is received (credit card approval). In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We ship USA orders by USPS First Class Mail and charge ONLY $5.99 for shipping and handling regardless of the quantity ordered! Please allow 3 - 6 business days for delivery within the USA. We ship all International orders via USPS International First Class Mail for only $8.99 (any quantity)

Sales tax is charged to California shipping addresses ONLY!
